51. Daniel McLaren⁷ Penman (James⁶, William⁵, Alexander⁴, William³, Alexander², Alexander¹) was born 95 Graham's Rd, Larbert, Falkirk 18th January 1868. Daniel died 28th April 1961 Glasgow, at 93 years of age.

He married Euphemia Aitken No 122 Craighall Road, Glasgow, 14th September 1888. Euphemia was born Ayr c1867. Euphemia was the daughter of William Aitken and Elizabeth Greer.

Daniel McLaren Penman and Euphemia Aitken had the following children:

61 i. James⁸ Penman.

62 ii. William Penman was born Glasgow.

63 iii. Robert Penman.

64 iv. Mary Penman was born Glasgow.

65 v. Elizabeth McLaren Penman was born Glasgow 15th January 1892. Elizabeth died 8th May 1971 at 79 years of age. She married William McBride 12th December 1918. William was born 11th December 1878. William died 28th July 1945 at 66 years of age. (See William McBride for the continuation of this line.)

66 vi. Jane Dempster Penman was born Glasgow 9th February 1894. Jane died 15th July 1974 at 80 years of age.

67 vii. Anne Christie Penman was born Glasgow 16th February 1896. She married Esau Edwards 18th February 1921. Esau was born 30th December 1883. Esau died 9th February 1945 at 61 years of age. (See Esau Edwards for the continuation of this line.)

68 viii. Euphemia Aitken Penman was born 12th July 1908. She married William Paterson. William was born 16th February 1918.
