John Rutty had the following child:

2 i. Ann² Rutty was born Melksham? c1768. She married John Townsend Melksham, Wiltshire, 16th October 1785. John was born Melksham, Wiltshire c1766. John was the son of Thomas Townsend and Sarah Brewer. John died 3rd August 1838 Melksham, Wiltshire, at 72 years of age. (See John Townsend for the continuation of this line.)
