William Thorp had the following child:

2 i. Jane² Thorp was born Repton, Derbyshire 1841. She married James Edward Stone Townsend St Luke's Chelsea, 12th March 1870. James was born Silver Street Trowbridge Wilts 17th January 1844. James was the son of James Davis Townsend and Esther Mary Stone. James died 1906 Wandsworth, at 62 years of age. (See James Edward Stone Townsend for the continuation of this line.)
